This is to keep track of any major topics related to the faction in regards to it's plot.

This plotter is for Team Arrow as a faction. It is here for several reasons.Non-Team Arrow Members
For those who aren't members of Team Arrow, this is a place where you can initiate plotting to seek membership within the faction. Keep in mind that there are a very limited number of spots for OC members to join the faction, given the nature of Oliver and the faction itself.Members of Team Arrow
For members of Team Arrow, this is a place to discuss topics and plots which would involve the entire faction. A good example of this would be Team Arrow having to deal with the League of Assassin's in Season 3. Keep in mind that personal plots which only involve a couple members of the faction would be better kept in personal plotters.

Oliver crouched on the rooftop, gazing out over the city. The sounds of revelry were everywhere as people prepared to ring in the New Year. Everyone but him that was. The comforting weight of his bow rested in his hand, quiver full of arrows at his back.
He was supposed to be in the public eye later tonight, as the clock struck midnight. It would look good for the Mayor to be seen. Or so he'd been told. Yet he had an obligation to the people of the city. And tonight there were a lot of predators out.
A crash sounded nearby and he spun, darting like a shadow across the rooftop to look down a nearby alley. His eyes quickly scanned the scene, coming across a man with a knife held on a young woman. She seemed to have backed into a trashcan in her fear.
Not waiting to see anything else, Oliver selected an item from his pack and held it up. As he depressed the button arrows fired out of both ends, one sinking into the brick behind him, while the other shot through the darkness to strike with a thump into the wall above the thief.
He was already gliding down the cable, feet first, as the man looked up in shock, only to receive both heels in his chest. The knife skittered off as the man crashed to the ground.
Oliver glanced at the woman and jerked his head towards the mouth of the alley. His voice came out as a deep buzz, modulated for disguise.
"Go! Get yourself somewhere safe!"
With that he turned back to the man, who was rushing towards Oliver, spitting curses.
